AIMarketOps is an AI-powered operations platform that unifies Amazon, Shopify, eBay and SellerDynamics into one command center. It centralises orders, inventory, pricing, demand forecasting and finance automation, with an AI assistant that answers questions against your live business data.
Public pages — features, integrations, pricing, security and FAQs — are open to everyone with no account required. To see your real data and use the dashboard, agents and automations, you sign in with an approved account.
Install the app from the Shopify App Store (or request access for the full multi-channel platform), connect your sales channels, and AIMarketOps begins syncing and scoring your catalogue, orders and inventory automatically.
Amazon (SP-API), Shopify (multiple stores), eBay (multiple accounts) and SellerDynamics for inventory and pricing sync. Google Analytics 4, Search Console and Merchant Center can be connected for SEO and feed intelligence.
Core marketplace data syncs on a recurring schedule (typically every 15 minutes) through fault-tolerant pipelines, so orders, inventory and pricing stay current across every channel.
Yes. Where SellerDynamics is your master for stock and price, AIMarketOps reads from it and sits as the intelligence layer on top — it surfaces issues and recommendations rather than overwriting your source of truth.
No. Risky marketplace actions — Amazon prices, listing content, bulk eBay revisions, delisting, inventory changes — are never executed automatically. AIMarketOps starts read-only, then produces draft recommendations, and only acts after you approve. Safe actions like reports, scoring, alerts and SEO drafts can run automatically.
Public pricing is shown on the pricing page. The platform also calculates a minimum profitable price before ever suggesting a price change, so Buy Box and competitiveness decisions protect your margin rather than blindly undercutting.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256). Access uses role-based, multi-tenant isolation with a full audit log of every mutating action. EU-region hosting and UK/EU GDPR rights are supported.
Yes. You can request erasure at any time, and Shopify-mandated deletion webhooks remove or anonymise affected records and revoke app credentials. See the data deletion and privacy pages for detail.
