Overview

AIMarketOps Connect ("AIM", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Kent Traders Ltd, registered in England & Wales, trading address 27 Oakfield Park Road, Dartford, DA1 2SR, United Kingdom. This page explains how to request deletion of the personal data we hold about you. It is the deletion-specific companion to our Privacy Policy (see §8 Retention and §10 Your rights).

Data obtained via Facebook Login (Meta)

If an administrator connects a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to AIMarketOps (to publish the business's own marketing content), we store, encrypted, only what is needed to publish on your behalf:

• The connected Facebook Page / Instagram Business account id, name and handle.
• A Page access token (AES-256 encrypted at rest), used to call the Meta Graph API.
• Records of posts AIM created or scheduled for those accounts.

We do not store your Facebook password, your personal timeline, your friends list, or any data about people who engage with your posts.

How to request deletion

You can remove this data in either of two ways:

1. Self-service (immediate)

1. Sign in to the dashboard at https://www.aimarketops.com and open Social Media in the sidebar.
2. Find the connected account and choose Disconnect.
3. Disconnecting revokes and deletes the stored access token and the connected-account record immediately.

You can also revoke AIM's access from Meta directly at Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, which invalidates the token on Meta's side.

2. By email (we action it for you)

Email contact@kenttraders.co.uk from the address associated with your account with the subject "Data deletion request". Tell us which account(s) to delete (or request deletion of your entire AIM account). We will verify the request and confirm completion.

What we delete

On a deletion request we remove:

• Stored Facebook/Instagram access tokens and the connected-account records.
• Scheduled or draft posts that reference the deleted account(s).
• On a full-account request: your user profile, session bindings, and audit-log entries attributable to you (subject to the legal-retention exceptions below).

Timeline

• Self-service disconnect: immediate.
• Email requests: actioned without undue delay and within 30 days, after which we confirm completion in writing.

Legal-retention exceptions

We may retain a minimal set of non-personal records only where the law requires it (for example, billing records retained for 7 years under UK tax law, per Privacy Policy §8). These contain no Facebook/Instagram data and no marketing-content tokens.

Shopify merchants

If you are a Shopify merchant, Shopify's mandatory customers/redact, shop/redact and customers/data_request webhooks also trigger deletion or anonymisation of affected Shopify-derived records and revocation of app credentials.
