1. Acceptance

By installing AIMarketOps Connect ("AIM", "the Service") via the Shopify App Store or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at aimarketops.com/legal/privacy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.

These Terms form a contract between you ("Customer", "you") and Kent Traders Ltd ("AIM", "we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales.

2. The Service

AIM is a read-only Shopify merchant dashboard. The App Store surface displays your connected store, product catalogue and limited order status/totals information. It does not publish content, change Shopify data, provide AI operations, or connect additional marketplaces.

The Service is provided as a SaaS subscription via the Shopify App Store. Pricing is the Free tier unless and until you select a paid tier in-app.

3. Your Shopify account

You authorize AIM to access your Shopify store(s) per the OAuth scopes you approve at install. You may revoke this access at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify Admin. On uninstall:

• AIM immediately revokes its stored Shopify credential and processes Shopify's mandatory erasure requests.
• Personal/raw Shopify payload data is deleted or anonymised; legally required non-personal financial record headers and security audit records may be retained per the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Use the Service to process payments, store credit-card numbers, or handle PCI data outside Shopify's payment flow
• Submit malicious content (malware, viruses, harmful code)
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls
• Use the Service to harvest competitors' data without their consent

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.

5. Pricing and payment

The Shopify App Store merchant viewer is available at no charge during the early-access period. It does not create Shopify billing charges.

6. AI features

AI features are not enabled in the Shopify App Store merchant viewer.

7. Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for paid tiers, measured at the application API. We do not guarantee uptime for the free tier or for third-party dependencies (Shopify, Amazon, eBay APIs).

Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced at least 48 hours in advance via in-app notification.

8. Intellectual property

• Your content remains yours. You grant AIM a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to process your content as needed to deliver the Service.
• AIM's product, brand, code, and documentation remain ours. No licence is granted to copy or redistribute.
• Feedback you provide may be used by AIM to improve the Service without obligation to you.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public business information confidential and use it only for the purposes of the Service.

10. Data protection

AIM acts as a data processor for personal data you instruct us to process. Our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available at aimarketops.com/legal/dpa and is incorporated by reference. Contact contact@kenttraders.co.uk to request a signed copy.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AIM harmless from claims arising out of:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your use of the Service in violation of law
• Your content
• Your customers' use of products you sell via marketplaces synced through the Service

AIM will indemnify you against claims that the Service itself (as provided by us, without modification) infringes a third-party IP right, up to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AIM is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
• AIM's total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you to AIM in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury caused by our negligence

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the AIMarketOps Connect app from your Shopify Admin.

We may terminate your access with 30 days notice for any reason, or immediately for material breach of these Terms. On termination:

• We process Shopify erasure requests and revoke Shopify access as described in §3
• You remain liable for fees accrued before termination
• Sections 4 (acceptable use), 8 (IP), 11 (indemnification), 12 (liability), 16 (governing law) survive termination

14. Beta / experimental features

Features marked "Beta" or "Experimental" are provided as-is with no SLA. We may modify or remove them with 14 days notice.

15. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control: natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, internet/utility outages, government action, pandemic.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, except either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before they take effect; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
