How AIMarketOps collects, uses, and protects your data.

AIMarketOps Connect ("AIM", "we", "us", "our") is a read-only Shopify merchant dashboard operated by Kent Traders Ltd, registered in England & Wales, trading address 27 Oakfield Park Road, Dartford, DA1 2SR, United Kingdom.
For the purposes of UK GDPR and EU GDPR, Kent Traders Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy when you use AIMarketOps as a customer. When AIMarketOps processes personal data on behalf of Shopify merchants (e.g. end-customer order data), Kent Traders Ltd acts as a data processor and the Shopify merchant is the controller.
When you install AIMarketOps Connect on a Shopify store, we receive the following via the Shopify Admin API in accordance with the scopes you approved at install:
The public Shopify app does not request or intentionally persist customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping addresses or billing addresses. Product/order synchronization drops customer identity and address fields before storage.
The Shopify App Store merchant account exposes only a dashboard and read-only product/order views. It does not enable Amazon, eBay, SellerDynamics, Google Workspace, banking, content publishing, billing administration or AI operations.

AI features are not available in the Shopify App Store merchant surface. We do not send data imported by the public Shopify app to AI providers as part of the read-only dashboard service.

No system is perfectly secure. In the event of a personal-data breach, we will notify the relevant data-protection authority within 72 hours and affected individuals without undue delay where required.

If you are a Shopify merchant, Shopify's mandatory erasure webhooks trigger deletion or anonymisation of affected Shopify-derived records and revocation of app credentials.
The embedded Shopify merchant surface authenticates each data request with a Shopify App Bridge session token and does not require third-party authentication cookies or local storage. Legacy top-level account flows may use strictly necessary authentication and CSRF cookies. We do not use analytics cookies on the AIM product itself. The marketing website (aimarketops.com) uses Vercel Speed Insights and Analytics for performance monitoring; you can opt out via the cookie banner.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights including:

AIM is not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, email us and we will delete it.
We will post material changes at least 14 days before they take effect, and email registered users for changes that materially expand our data use.
