Kent Traders Ltd sells across Shopify, eBay and Amazon with a large catalogue spanning bathrooms, electrical, hotel supplies, trade products and general ecommerce. Running that many SKUs across that many channels with disconnected tools meant constant context-switching, missed stock issues and lost margin.
AIMarketOps was built to be the intelligence layer above the marketplaces — one place to spot what is wrong, understand why it matters, and act on it safely. It turns marketplace data into prioritised, profit-aware actions, with a human firmly in control of anything risky.
We are building it in the open as a product others can use, grounded in the day-to-day reality of running a serious multi-channel retail business.
